What is BDE?

Beginner Driver Education (BDE) is an MTO approved course that combines online theory, homework and in-car lessons with an approved instructor.

Why it helps

Your wait for the G2 road test is reduced from 12 to 8 months
Many insurers offer a discount for BDE graduates. Ask yours how it works
You get structured in-car practice with an MTO approved instructor

BDE with Drive2Day

Our BDE packages include 20 hours of online theory, 10 hours of Homelinks and in-car lessons, and we handle your MTO certificate. See the BDE course page for details.
